You can still return your item(s) to us for a full refund or an exchange if they are not suitable.
You must return your item(s) within 30 working days of your item arriving. Due to current UK lockdown we are allowing customers up to 30 working days to get items back to us. If you are self isolating and unable to get to a post office right now, please get in touch.
Once your return item(s) arrive back at our warehouse, it will be processed within 30 working days.

- As a small business, we do not cover returns postage costs at this time. We advise you pack your item as flat as you can & use our packaging to save yourself money & resources.
- Make sure you get a proof of postage receipt in case of any lost parcels.
- Please be considerate to our future customers and make sure your item is in a re-sellable condition. We cannot accept items back with no tag attached, any marks/stains, frays/damage or detectable smells.
- We do not accept refunds on Mystery Packs, Face Masks, Invasion Chains, Hosiery & Lingerie.
- On the rare occasion on getting a faulty item, please email us immediately on email@example.com
