You can still return your item(s) to us for a full refund or an exchange if they are not suitable.
We have extended our returns period so you have up to 60 working days to return your item to us, incase of any customers who are struggling to get to the post office right now due to self isolation or local lockdown.
We have also had to extend our returns processing period. We now require up to 60 working days to process a refund and 30 working days to process an exchange - but we are working as best we can.

- As a small business, we do not cover returns postage costs at this time. We advise you pack your item as flat as you can & use our packaging to save yourself money & resources.
- Make sure you get a proof of postage receipt in case of any lost parcels.
- Please be considerate to our future customers and make sure your item is in a re-sellable condition. We cannot accept items back with no tag attached, any marks/stains, frays/damage or detectable smells.
- We do not accept returns on Mystery Packs, Face Masks, Invasion Chains, Hosiery & Lingerie.
- On the rare occasion on getting a faulty item, please email us immediately on firstname.lastname@example.org
