After careful consideration and seeing advice, we are happy to confirm we are back in action. We have however cut down our shipping days to 2 days a week to minimise our contact with others and have minimal staff in our factory whilst ensuring social distancing.
- We ARE STILL accepting returns for refund/exchange.
We are still accepting parcels back, but please expect delays. We are able to deal with exchanges the same day they arrive back in the warehouse but returns are taking us up to 30 working days.
- We have EXTENDED our returns period.
Your returns period has been extended to 90 working days, however returns will be considered on a case by case basis, so just get your parcel back to us as soon as your can but please be safe & stay in if you are un well. Our extended returns period only applies to orders placed from 1st March 2020.
- We have EXTENDED our processing period.
We are also having to extend our processing period for returns meaning payments may take up to 60 working days to reach your account. We are very sorry for the delay on this, we hope you understand.
HOW TO SEND A RETURN/EXCHANGE BACK TO US;
1. Click the relevant form you need;
2. Print off the form and fill out as much information as you can.
3. Pack up your return nice and neatly with all tags still attached.
4. Cut shipping label off of the bottom of form and set aside.
5. Enclose your form inside parcel and seal up.
6. Attach shipping label that you cut off earlier to front of parcel and send!
General Terms & Conditions;
We do not accept returns on all items, please check list below before sending your item(s) back.
We do not cover returns postage costs, so please don't spent too much getting it back to us! However, we do recommend that you post your item via tracked delivery or get a printed proof of postage receipt as we cannot be held responsible for any lost packages! Any lost packages have to be dealt with yourself.
We refund item cost AND original shipping costs. Yeah we are nice like that.
Please make sure your item is in an unworn, perfect, re-sellable condition- this means all tags still attached and no make-up, tan, perfume, sweat, beer or any detectable smells! We need to be able to sell our returned times on so please consider other customers when sending something back. Would you be happy to receive your returned item after paying full price? Items returned for exchange can only be swapped for the same item but in a different colour/size.
On the rare occasion of you receiving a faulty item, then let us know immediately. If an item is faulty on arrival and is unworn with tags attached, then we can offer a full refund. If an item becomes faulty after wearing then can only replace this for the same item, we will however need the item sent back to us for inspection by our factory before we reach a final decision. No matter how/when the item became faulty, we will reimburse your returns postage cost.
We can NOT accept returns/exchanges on the following items;
-MYSTERY PACKS (Isolation, dresses, digital rave)
-Isolation bundles (lingerie, fluff sets etc)
-Accessories & Jewellery (Belts / Invasion Chains / Clip on Chains)
-Lingerie, Knickers, hosiery & Thongs
Please not not send these items back to us, they will be sent straight back to you.
