You can return your item(s) to us for a full refund or an exchange if they are not suitable.

You must return your item(s) within 30 working days of your item arriving.

Once your return item(s) arrive back at our warehouse, it will be processed within 30 working days.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS;

As a small business, we do not cover returns postage costs at this time. We advise you pack your item as flat as you can & reuse the original packaging to save yourself money & resources.
Make sure you get a proof of postage receipt in case of any lost parcels.
We can exchange only on the same item for different sizes.
Exchanges are sent out within 5 working days of us received your parcel.
Please be considerate to our future customers and make sure your item is in a re-sellable condition. We cannot accept items back with no tag attached, any marks/stains, frays/damage or detectable smells.
We do not accept refunds on Mystery Packs, Face Masks, Invasion Chains & Lingerie.
Once a refund is processed the money should be back in your account within 30 working days, depending on your banking provider.
