DAILY CUT OFF FOR ORDERS IS 11AM. IF YOUR ORDER IS PLACED AFTER 11AM, IT WILL BE ROLLED ON TO THE NEXT WORKING DAYS ORDERS.

UK customers: 

We offer three forms of delivery where we can;

      • Standard £2.99: 2-3 working days
      • Express £3.99: 1-2 working days 
      • Urgent £7.99: next working day 

We ship all our parcels via Royal Mail Signed For, so your parcel will arrive with your normal daily mail and will require a signature.

If you are not in to sign for your parcel it may be left with a neighbour, in a safe place or taken back to a collection office.

International customers;

Our delivery/prices time vary on location;

  • Europe £8.99: 7-10 working days
  • Rest of World £9.99: 10-15 working days

Our parcels are sent via a trackable service which you will be provided with in your dispatch confirmation email, make sure to check all junk folders.

Your parcel will require a signature. If you are not in to sign for your parcel is may be delivered to a neighbour, left in a safe place or returned to a collection office. 


Please check your local postal service website for any delays in your area. 

Your parcel may be subject to taxes and handling fees. Unfortunately, we have no control over this and cannot predict what they will be as they vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

 

Additional notes for all customers;

  • Our shipping/working days are Monday - Friday
  • We do not ship orders out on weekends or bank holidays.
  • Daily cut off is 11am. If you order after 11am your order will be rolled onto the next working day. E.g if you order at 2pm on Tuesday, your order will be processed on Wednesday. 
  • If you do not receive your parcel within the stated time then please get in touch via email with your order number - hiya@hissyfitclothing.com 
  • Hissy Fit / Royal Mail will never send an email or text asking for extra shipping payments. There are current Royal Mail scams that you should be made aware of. If you receive any of the following do not click any links, report it straight to Royal Mail. See list here.
