  • £2.99 Standard: Signed: Will arrive within 2-3 working days from dispatch date *FREE ON ORDERS OVER £50!*

  • £6.99 Express: Tracked & Signed: Will arrive the next working day before 1pm 

Our delivery options for outside UK;

  • £8.99 Europe Standard: Will arrive within 5-7 working days from dispatch date

  • £9.99 Rest of World Standard: Will arrive within 10-15 working days from dispatch date

Important Info:​

  • All our packages are sent via Royal Mail, we do not have our own courier service. Your parcel will arrive alongside your usual post by your usual postman but will require a signature.

  • Express delivery will only be available when we have the capacity to do so. If you really really need express delivery and it is not an option at checkout, then get in touch and we will do the best we can to get you your order on time. We cannot do express shipping for orders outside UK, sorry. 

  • As soon as your parcel is dispatched it is with Royal Mail so we have no power over it! It is now in the hands of your postman so we can't tell him to leave it in behind your recycle bin ok b? If you are ordering outside of UK then your parcel will be handed over to your local postal service (USPS, AN Post etc)

  • If your parcel does not arrive within the above suggested time then please get in touch ASAP using the contact form and we will chase your parcel up for you. (AKA we will send @royalmail an angry tweet). ​

  • Please double check all your shipping information is correct after placing your order, you can always get in touch with us to change it, but be quick as we are shit hot with our shipping.​

  • If you haven't received an order confirmation or an dispatch e-mail from us then please check you entered the correct e-mail address when placing your order, as well as checking all junk folders.

 

RETURNS

1. Click this link. It will open in a new window.  

2. Print off the form and fill out as much information as you can.

3. Pack up your return nice and neatly with all tags still attached.

4. Cut shipping label off the returns form (bottom left corner) of form and keep aside.

5. Enclose your form inside parcel and seal up.

6. Attach shipping label that you cut off earlier to front of parcel and send!

 

Terms & Conditions;

  • If you ain't feeling it - don't sweat! You have 14 working days from purchase date to get your item(s) sent back to us for a refund/exchange.

  • We do not accept returns on all items, please check list below before sending your item(s) back.

 

  • We do not cover returns postage costs, so please don't spent too much getting it back to us! However, we do recommend that you post your item via tracked delivery or get a printed proof of postage receipt as we cannot be held responsible for any lost packages! Any lost packages have to be dealt with yourself.

 

  • We refund item cost AND original shipping costs. Yeah we are nice like that. 

 

  • Your refund/exchange will be processed within 5 WORKING DAYS of it reaching our studio, so we will contact you within 5 working days of it arriving back. Please bare with us. 

 

  • Please make sure your item is in an unworn, perfect, re-sellable condition- this means all tags still attached and no make-up, tan, perfume, sweat, beer or any detectable smells! We need to be able to sell our returned times on so please consider other customers when sending something back. Would you be happy to receive your returned item after paying full price? Be nice to our #hissyfitbitches

 

  • Items returned for exchange can only be swapped for the same item but in a different colour/size. 

 

  • On the rare occasion of you receiving a faulty item, then let us know immediately. If an item is faulty on arrival and is unworn with tags attached, then we can offer a full refund. If an item becomes faulty after wearing then can only replace this for the same item, we will however need the item sent back to us for inspection by our factory before we reach a final decision. No matter how/when the item became faulty, we will reimburse your returns postage cost.
