ALTERATION SERVICE

We want the fit to be 100% right, so here at Hissy Fit we are opening our factory up to alterations for just 1p!

Currently we can only shorten items such as Trousers, Dress, Skirts & Shorts but we hope to cater for more services in the future

HOW IT WORKS:
Option 1: If you want your item altered before they arrive then please follow these steps:

1. Read through the measuring guidelines (seen in images)
2. Leave your desired measurement in the box above 
3. Add this product to your cart
4. Add the item you wish to be altered to your cart
5. Checkout all together and wait for your tailored item to arrive!

Option 2: If you already have the Hissy Fit item in your wardrobe please follow these steps:

1. Add this product to your basket
2. Checkout and pay
3. Print off and fill out the appropriate sections on this form
4. Inset your filled out form and item into a parcel
5. Send your parcel back to us however you like, just keep a receipt 
6. Wait for your tailored item to arrive - this can take up to 30 working days from your order date due to the limitations of our factory

What we can do:

• Alter Hissy Fit garments
• Take up trousers
• Shorten skirts (this can be used to make a maxi in to a midi or mini!)
• Shorten dresses (this can be used to make a maxi in to a midi or mini!)
  

What we cannot do: 

• Alter Non-Hissy Fit garments
  
• Make items a size smaller
• Make items a size bigger
• Lengthen any garments
• Create custom garments
• Alter tops/lingerie/accessories or any of the excluded items below

Terms;

• Excluded items: All Tops, Ruffle Skirts, Swish Skirts, Reclaimed Vintage, Reclaimed Designer, Angel Skirts, hissy knit skirts, capri pants, reversible faux fur skirts, pointed hem skirts (unless you want to change to a straight hem), slouch dresses
• Alterations take up to 60 working days to complete, please bear this in mind if ordered for an event. Let us know if its urgent and we will see what we can do.
• This £0.01 charge is each garment. Please put a new alteration service in your basket for each garment just so its clear exactly what you want altered & by how much. 
• Altered items are final sale and cannot be returned for an exchange or refund of any kind.
• We can currently only offer a shortening service on the length of Hissy Fit Trousers, Skirts, Shorts and Dresses.
• We work on Hissy Fit pieces only, please do not send in other brand items
