Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We are based in the UK and currently ship worldwide excluding Europe & Northern Ireland

Once we get more information and support on the new GPSR regulations we may be able to take orders from Europe & Northern Ireland again in the future.

What days do you ship orders?

We ship Monday-Thursday every week.

We do not ship on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays & English Bank Holidays.

When will my item be shipped?

We dispatch same or next working day.

If you order before 11:00GMT your order will be dispatched the same day.

If you order after 11:00GMT your order will be dispatched the next working day.

Our working days are Monday - Thursday.

How long will my order take to arrive once shipped?

After your order has been dispatched it will take:

UK: 1-2 working days

International: 7-10 working days

How can I get free delivery?

Free delivery only applies to UK orders over £100.

We're sorry we can't offer the same deal for our international customers, however we do offer a free mystery gift with orders over £100

Can I track my order?

All our orders are sent via Royal mail tracked, you will receive e-mail updates on the status of your parcel and an estimated delivery time window.

You can also track your order on the Royal Mail App

Do International orders pay customs and tax?

International orders may be subject to taxes and handling fees. Unfortunately, we have no control over this and cannot predict what they will be as they vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Can I amend or cancel my order after I've placed it?

We will gladly attempt to amend your order and/or your shipping address after the order has been placed.

Contact our customer cares team on orders@hissyfitclothing.com with your name and order number as soon as possible if you wish to do so.

However, if the order has already been shipped we can not amend your order.

My order has been delivered, but I can not find it?

If you can not find your package, we recommend you to firstly contact Royal mail to ask for a Proof of Delivery, as well as ask your neighbors/housemates if they have held the package on your behalf. 

If you still cannot locate your package, we are happy to assist you further. Please email our Customer Service Team at orders@hissyfitclothing.com

My parcel is being returned to you?

If your postie was unable to deliver your item due to as issue with your address or couldn't find a neighbour/safeplace and is returned back to us we will be in touch when it arrives back to our warehouse.

From there we will work with you to see if you want us to send it out again to you (we will have to send out an invoice for another postage payment) or if you want to cancel the order.

Royal Mail have contacted me about an fee to pay?

Royal Mail will NEVER contact you to ask for extra shipping payment. These are current scams which you should be made aware of. Do not click and external links sent to you. Report any scam messages to Royal Mail.
