When will my order be dispatched?

•We ship Monday-Thursday only
•Daily cut off for orders is 11:00GMT
•If you order before 11:00GMT your order will be dispatched the same day.
•If you order after 11:00GMT your order will be dispatched the next working day.
•We do not ship on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays & English Bank Holidays.

Do you do free delivery?

  • All order over £100 get free delivery!
  • You can choose free shipping via Royal Mail or InPost

How does InPost work?

InPost is a super convenient way to get deliveries if you are not going to be home or don't have a safe place for parcels outside your home.

How to order via InPost:
1. On the checkout page, enter a shipping address in the same area you want to collect your parcel and select '24/7 InPost Locker or Shop' under Shipping Methods on the checkout page
2. Once you hit the 'Complete Purchase' button the InPost Locker or Shop closest to your shipping address with be automatically selected for you
3. To change the pick up point click the map or list view to select another loctaion. You can also use the search bar to find a pick up point further out
4. Select the best location for you and you are done. We'll get to work packing your order right away.

Your parcel will arrive at your pick up point within 3-5 working days.

You will recieve email and text updates letting you know when your parcel has arrived. You will have 3 days to collect your parcel before it is sent back to us.

To collect your parcel:
Locker: Scan the QR code in your emails or enter your phone number and collection code sent to you via text
Shop: Show your QR code to a staff member to be scanned

If you need to make another amendment to your pick up point you can do this within your Hissy Fit customer account up un till the point your label is generated here at our warehouse. Once a label is generated no changes can be made.

We highly recommend downloading the InPost app to keep track of your parcels, get frequent updates and easy access to your pick up codes.



Can I amend my order after I've placed it?

We will gladly attempt to amend your order and/or your shipping address after the order has been placed. Just contact us as soon as you can via email: orders@hissyfitclothing.com

However, if the order has already been shipped we unfortunately will not be able to amend your order.

My parcel is being returned to you?

Royal Mail:
If your post was unable to deliver your item due to an issue with your address or couldn’t find a neighbour/safeplace it will be returned back to our warehouse. When it arrives we will be in touch with you to discuss new shipping arrangements. This will include another postage charge to cover the cost of shipping again.

InPost:
If your parcel exceed it's holding time at the locker or shop, it will be returned back to our warehouse. When it arrives we will be in touch with you to discuss new shipping arrangements. This will include another postage charge to cover the cost of shipping again. 

If you parcel has been returned to our warehouse more than 2 times then we will be implementing a charge or £3 on top of the extra postage charge. We are charged a flat fee of £3 for every parcel returned back to our warehouse from our postal services. We are happy to cover the cost for the first two mistakes however we will not cover the 3rd or any future returned parcels so please make sure all shipping information is 100% correct.

Unfortunatly, we do only have one shipping option at this time for International customers.

Europe

Do you do free delivery?

As a small business and the huge cost of shipping overseas, we are already loosing money on our £10.99 postage charge so unfortunately we cannot offer free shipping at this time.

Order over £100 do receive a free mystery gift though!

Once your parcel has left the UK, Royal Mail will provide an external link to your local postal service to follow the tracking of your parcel.

Do International orders pay customs and tax?

International orders may be subject to taxes and handling fees.

Unfortunately, we have no control over this and cannot predict what they will be as they vary from country to country.

Please contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges.
