Free Repairs

As a sustainably focussed brand we understand the value of rewearing your clothes, so we want to repair any Hissy Fit item that becomes damaged to extend its wardrobe life. 

How it works: 

• Email us hiya@hissyfitclothing.com with your order number, description of item and some images of the damage
• From here, we can assess the repairs that need to be made and if they are achievable 
• We will be in touch with our solution and shipping instructions if we are able to go ahead with the repair
• Shipping the damaged item to us will be at your own cost and invoice will be sent out to you when your item is ready to cover shipping from the factory, but the repair is completely FREE!

What we can repair:

• Hissy Fit garments
• Loose seams
• Rips/hole next to a seam
• Frayed hem or waistband

What we cannot repair: 

• Non-Hissy Fit garments
• Rips/holes in middle of fabric
• Fraying in middle of fabric
• Bobbling or faded fabric 

However, each case is unique so send your images anyway and we will help as best we can. For example - our last repair came with a hole in the middle of the skirt and 3/4 of the way down from the waistband. We could not stitch up the hole, so instead we moved the waistband down to create a midi skirt from a maxi skirt.
