How long do I have to return an item?
You have 15 working days from delivery date of your parcel to send in a return request via you Hissy Fit account centre.
From receiving your prepaid shipping you have 5 working days to get it sent to us.
For Pre-order items you have still have 15 working days from delivery date to request a return, not 15 working days from your order date.
How do I return a full price item?
UK RETURNS
You must request a return before sending items back to us. Heres how to do it:
- Log into your Hissy Fit account
- Select the order you want to request a refund for
- Click the 'Request Return' button at the top right of screen
- Select a reason for your return and any more information we need in the notes box (optional)
- Hit 'Request Return' for the final time and await for our reply.
We aim to respond to your Return Request within 3 working days.
We may reject requests that include non-returnable items or any orders exceeding our returns window.
If your return request is accepted we will email you with a pre-paid shipping label. The price of this label is £3.99 and will be deducted from your refund amount.
If you placed your order via Royal Mail you will be sent a Royal Mail returns label to print off at home & take to a post office.
If you placed your order via InPost. you will recieve an InPost QR code to scan at a locker or shop of your choice.
Once your item arrives back to our warehouse, we will process your refund within 5 working days.
Original shipping costs are not refunded.
We no longer offer exchanges on items, sorry.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
1. Download and print the following form:International Refund Form
2. Fill out the form, cut out the return shipping address section and place form inside returns parcel
3. Attach the shipping address label to the front of the parcel and send it back to us via your preferred shipping method. We do not cover the costs of return shipping unfortunately.
6. Once your parcel arrives back to our warehouse your refund will be processed within 5 working days
We may reject refund requests that include non-returnable items or any orders exceeding our returns window. We will reach out to you to communicate this issue and send an invoice over for a new shipping charge to send the item back to you. So please make sure your item is in a perfect resellable condition.
Original shipping costs are not refunded
Any taxes/duty charges paid to recieve the item will also not be refunded

How do I return my item for an exchange?
Sorry, we no longer offer exchanges on orders.
Do I have to pay to return my order?
Yes. £3.99 will be deducted from your refund/store credit amount to cover returns shipping costs.
UK RETURNS
In you placed your order via Royal Mail you will be sent a pre-paid Royal Mail returns label to print & take to a post office.
In you placed your order via InPost you will be send you a pre-paid InPost QR to use at a locker or shop.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Returns coming to us from outside of the UK will have to be covered by the customer. We are not able to generate pre-paid labels for countries outside of the UK, so this is something you would have to arrange yourself.
Original shipping costs are also non-refundablt
What items do you not accept back?
We do not accept returns on:
•Lucky Dips
•Bundles
•Lingerie
•Altered items
•Items missing tags
•Items with detectable smells
•Items with marks, stains or signs of wear
My item is faulty - what shall I do?
We are so sorry that your item has arrived damaged.
On the rare occasion of this happening please email us immediately on hiya@hissyfitclothing.com with your order number & images of the fault(s)
I have damaged my item - can you repair it?
Yes!
We offer free repairs for life on all Hissy Fit purchases.

What happens to returned stock?
We only accept items back that are in a perfect re-sellable condition so these items can be sold on to new customers.
When we get an item back we check it, hang up to air for a day or two, steam if necessary, repack, list on the website and put it back into our warehouse.
This is why it's always useful to sign up to our 'back in stock' notifications as you never know what may come back to our warehouse that you could get your hands on again.
Our return rate is very low and the majority of our returns are due to multiple sizes being ordered - which is totally fine! This means that a lot of our stock comes back never even tried on, but we still go through the steps of checking, airing and repacking.
