UK RETURN FAQS
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 15 days from the order date to request a return online via your Hissy Fit account.
Once we approve your return request, you have another 15 days to get your item back to us using the pre-paid returns label provided.
We will approve or deny your online request within 3 working days
How do I request a return?
You must request a return before sending items back to us. Heres how to do it:
- Log into your Hissy Fit account
- Select the order you want to request a refund for
- Click the 'Request Return' button at the top right of screen
- Select a reason for your return and any more information we need in the notes box (optional)
- Hit 'Request Return' for the final time and await for our reply.
We aim to respond to your Return Request within 3 working days. This is done manually by someone in the office, so please bear with us.
We may reject requests that include non-returnable items or any orders exceeding our returns window.
If your return request is accepted we will email you with a pre-paid shipping label. The price of this label is £3.99 and will be deducted from your refund amount.
If you placed your order via Royal Mail you will be sent a printable Royal Mail returns label to printed off at home & taken to a post office.
If you placed your order via InPost. you will be sent a digital InPost QR code to scan at a locker or shop of your choice.
If you have purchased via Royal Mail but would prefer a digital InPost QR code to send your item back then just email us after sending in your online return request.
Once your item arrives back to our warehouse, we will process your refund within 5 working days.
Original shipping costs are not refunded.
We no longer offer exchanges on items, sorry. We hope to bring them back when stock levels are better.
How do I request an exchange?
Sorry, we no longer offer exchanges on orders. We will hopefully bring this service back once our stock levels increase.
Do I have to pay to return my order?
Yes. £3.99 will be deducted from your refund amount to cover returns shipping costs.
In you placed your order via Royal Mail you will be sent a printable Royal Mail returns label to print & take to a post office.
In you placed your order via InPost you will be send you a digital InPost QR to use at a locker or shop.
If you have originally ordered via Royal Mail but wish to send your return back via a digital InPost QR label then please email us asap after sending in your online return request : hiya@hissyfitclothing.com
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS FAQS
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days from the delivery date of your parcel to get your item(s) back to us for a refund.
How do I return for refund?
As a small business, we currently have no options available to us to create prepaid labels for International returns. Please follow the steps below to send something back for a refund:
1. Download and print the following form:International Refund Form
2. Fill out the form, cut out the return shipping address section and place form inside returns parcel
3. Attach the shipping address label to the front of the parcel and send it back to us via your preferred shipping method.
6. Once your parcel arrives back to our warehouse your refund will be processed within 5 working days
We do not cover the costs of return shipping unfortunately
We may reject refund requests that include non-returnable items or any orders exceeding our returns window. We will reach out to you to communicate this issue beforehand.

Any taxes/duty charges paid to receive the item will also not be refunded
How do I return for an exchange?
Sorry, we no longer offer exchanges on orders. We will hopefully bring this service back once our stock levels increase.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes. Returns coming to us from outside of the UK will have to be covered by the customer.
We are not able to generate pre-paid labels for countries outside of the UK, so this is something you would have to arrange yourself. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I have damaged my item - can you repair it?
Yes!
We offer free repairs for life on all Hissy Fit purchases.

What items do you not accept back?
We do not accept returns on:
•Lingerie Bottoms
•Lingerie Heart Sets
•Fabric Scrap Packs
•Altered items
•Items missing tags
•Items with detectable smells
•Items with marks, stains or signs of wear
My item is faulty - what shall I do?
We are so sorry that your item has arrived damaged.
On the rare occasion of this happening please email us immediately on hiya@hissyfitclothing.com with your order number & images of the fault(s)
What happens to returned stock?
We only accept items back that are in a perfect re-sellable condition so these items can be sold on to new customers.
When we get an item back we check it, hang up to air for a day or two, steam if necessary, repack, list on the website and put it back into our warehouse.
This is why it's always useful to sign up to our 'back in stock' notifications as you never know what may come back to our warehouse that you could get your hands on again.
Our return rate is very low and the majority of our returns are due to multiple sizes being ordered - which is totally fine! This means that a lot of our stock comes back never even tried on, but we still go through the steps of checking, airing and repacking.
