FAQs

When will my order be dispatched?

OUR CURRENT SHIPPING DAYS ARE MONDAY-THURSDAY ONLY

If you are placing your order before 11:00AM GMT (MON-THUR) then your order will be dispatched today.

If you are placing your order after 11:00AM GMT (MON-THURS) then your order will be dispatched the next working day.

If you are placing your order between 11:00AM GMT Thursday - 11:00AM GMT Monday your order will be dispatched on Monday.

We do not dispatch orders on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays or any English Bank Holidays.

When will my order arrive?

*Please take into consideration UK Bank Holidays. No post moves on these days.*

Once your order is placed it will be dispatched within 2 working days.

From dispatch your parcel will then take:

UK
InPost Locker or Shop: 3-5 working days
Royal Mail Delivery: 2-3 working days

Rest of World
Standard: 10-15 working days

What are my shipping options?


InPost Collection : collect from a locker or shop (UK only)
Royal Mail Delivery : delivered to your shipping address

InPost Information:
•You will still be required to enter a shipping address when checking out. InPost uses this address to automatically select the nearest collection point to that address. You can change it at any time before dispatch by getting in touch with us at hiya@hissyfitclothing.com
•You will need to collect your parcel within 72 hours of it arriving at your collection point. If your parcel expires, it will be sent back to us and you will have to pay for shipping again.
•We are charged £3 for every parcel returned back to our warehouse, we absorb this cost currently so please make sure to collect your parcels.

Royal Mail:
•Royal Mail will deliver your parcel directly your shipping address exactly how it is entered into our site at time of purchase. You can change it at any time before dispatch by getting in touch with us at hiya@hissyfitclothing.com
•We are not able to add delivery instructions for posties, so please make sure your delivery address is accessible
•If Royal Mail are unable to deliver your parcel they should take it back to your local depot for collection. Keep an eye on your emails to arrange a collection or redelivery. If this is not arranged or the shipping address is incorrect the parcel will be sent back to our warehouse
•If parcels are sent back to our warehouse we will be in touch to arrange shipping again, you will have to pay another shipping charge for this
•We are charged £3 for every parcel returned back to our warehouse, we absorb this cost currently so please make sure to collect your parcels/put in the correct shipping address
