Friday 20th December 18:00GMT - Thursday 2nd January 10:00GMT

The website will still be open to place orders but we will not be dispatching orders between those dates
Our office & factory will also be on shutdown during this period so we will not be responding to emails or completing alterations.

Christmas 2024 Returns:

You have 30 working days from delivery date to return items as standard
From 19th December - 6th January working days are days are - 19th, 20th, 23rd, 27th, 30th, 31st December & 2nd, 3rd, 6th January
From the 6th January 2024 working days should be counted as Monday- Friday
Your 30 working day period starts from the delivery date of your parcel, not your order date. So you may have longer than you think to return.
E.g if your order arrives on 3rd December you have till 20th January 2025. If you order arrives on 19th December you have till 5th February 2025 to get your parcel back to our warehouse.
