You you 30 working days from delivery date to return items that do not suit.
From 19th December - 6th January working days are days with green ticks in the office box - 19th, 20th, 23rd, 27th, 30th, 31st, 2nd, 3rd, 6th
From the 6th January 2024 working days should be counted as Monday- Friday
Your 30 working day period starts from the delivery date of your parcel, not your order date. So you may have longer than you think to return.
E.g if your order arrives on 3rd December you have till 20th January 2025. If you order arrives on 19th December you have till 5th February 2025 to get your parcel back to our warehouse.
